With the Phase 3 re-opening on June 8, 2020, there are a number of changes being implemented and Government followed guidelines in place.
What Will the Changes Be?
1. The schedule has changed somewhat for the next few months or until further notice, so please check out our website or head to MindBody to familiarize yourself.
2. There will be a maximum 8 participant class, so you must sign up for your classes beforehand through your MindBody account or through the app.
Masks are mandatory. If you do not have a mask, one can be purchased for $2. If you come to a class without signing in and the class is full, you will not be able to participate. Or, if you come to a class without signing up, you are welcome to wait in the stairway until the class time, in the event there is a patron that late-cancels or does not show.
3. The minimum 3 hour cancellation of a class will be followed. No-shows will be charged the no-show fee. As with the decreased class size, there will be participants on wait-lists wanting to partake in classes. Therefore, the necessary time is needed to make contact to those waiting. We understand emergencies happen. If this be the case, please email or message the studio.
4. We recommend you bring your own yoga mats. If you need to use a studio mat, please ask the instructor to get you one. Patrons will be responsible for disinfecting the studio mat with the disinfectants provided.
5. Limited studio props will be in use. Blankets and straps will be stored away until further notice. Any studio props that are used, cleaning disinfectants will be provided for the patron to spray and wipe down their props. Patrons will leave their props where they lay and the instructor will store them away.
6. Social distancing will be followed during classes.
Guidelines in Place
1. Approved hand sanitizers will be available and clients are encouraged to use them upon entering and exiting.
2. We pride ourselves of the cleanliness of the studio. But, cleaning and disinfecting of the studio and bathroom will be enhanced.
3. If you are not feeling well, please stay home. If a patron exhibits any signs of sickness, they will be asked to exit and be be advised to seek medical advice (depending on the individuals symptoms).
4. Proper cleaning/disinfecting stations will be used for props/equipment.
5. Signage and guidelines will be placed around the studio for proper instruction and information.
6. Physical-distancing protocols will be followed by our instructors. There will be no adjustments given at this time.
