Private Sessions


The Yoga Loft provides private sessions to help you enhance your yoga experience. Whether you are limited on time and can’t get to a class, or you want to dive deeper into learning more about yoga and the poses, private sessions offer you the flexibility to plan around your schedule.

  • All sessions are tailored to you and your needs or goals.
  • Instructors can be more hands on in helping you to discover the position that is right for your body in a pose
  • Learn breathing techniques to help you relax or poses to help you destress.

You can also try private sessions to increase your muscle tone, engage your core muscles and build your strength. Make these sessions about you and your health.
